Legal Ladder Mentorship Program (UK, Africa, US, Europe)

 

  • Open to:

    • Law students (undergraduate and postgraduate)

    • BAME (Black, Asian, Minorty Ethnic Group)

    • Legal apprentices

    • Recent law graduates

  • Must have attended at least 2 previous GO Legally Gifted events

  • Must complete an application and attend an orientation session

 

GO Legal Africa

 

  • Open to:

    • Law students and graduates of African descent

    • Students with an interest in African legal systems or international law

  • Registration required via official event link

  • No prior attendance required

HER Law Summit

 

  • Open to:

    • Women and non-binary individuals in law (students or professionals)

  • Registration is mandatory

  • No prior event attendance required

 

GO Legal Clinic

 

  • Open to:

    • Law students and legal apprentices seeking help with CVs, applications, or interviews

  • Pre-booking required (limited slots)

  • No prior attendance needed

 

Legal Careers Unlocked

 

  • Open to:

    • All law students

    • Graduates or career changers interested in alternative legal paths

  • No prior attendance required

  • Registration required

 

GO Elevate: Diversity in Law Conference

 

  • Open to:

    • Law students, recent graduates, apprentices, and junior legal professionals

  • Priority given to individuals who’ve attended 2+ GLG events

  • Early sign-up recommended due to high interest

  • Registration required in advance

 

Advocacy & Public Speaking Bootcamp

 

  • Open to:

    • All law students and legal apprentices

  • Must complete a short pre-session form

  • Preference given to active GLG members or past attendees

 

GO TED Legal Pitch

 

  • Open to:

    • Law students, apprentices, and recent graduates

  •  Must submit a pitch proposal in advance

  • Preferably have attended at least 1 GLG event

  • Selected participants may receive coaching prior to pitching

BAME FAME Forum

 

  • Open to:

    • Individuals who identify as Black, Asian, or from a Minority Ethnic background

    • Law students, trainees, or recent graduates

  • No prior attendance required

  • Online or in-person registration needed

The Legal Faith Forum

 

  • Open to:

    • Law students, professionals, and academics of all faiths or beliefs

  • No prior attendance needed

  • Must commit to respectful, inclusive dialogue
